Utilizo uma planilha do excel para meus funcionarios registrar o ponto, porém estou tendo alguns problemas, gostaria de desenvolver um sistema simples para os funcionarios registrar os horarios (bater ponto), precisa ter as funções
-cadastrar funcionario (nome completo e matricula
-bater ponto (funcionario digita a matricula e o sistema registra o horario)
-editar ponto (gerente pode alterar os horarios caso tenha algum problema)
-imprimir ponto (escolher funcionario e periodo e abrir um relatorio com todas as datas, horarios e soma das horas, e campo para funionário assinar)
-se possivel funcionar offline e em várias maquinas da mesma rede
