O projeto é para uma plataforma integrada que permita aos operadores da empresa contatar clientes via whatsapp diretamente pelo sistema, fazer follw up, perfilamento e etc. O sistema deve permitir um usuário supervisor que possa alocar e transferir clientes entre operadores, acompanhar o atendimento, e emitir relatórios de atendimento.
