Website objectives : Digitalize the subscription process / Make life easy for foreigners

Website features:

- Multilingual (en-fr) -> 2 views on the same website
- e-commerce oriented (fully mobile & computer-optimized)
- run on docker with kubernetes for orchestration (like aks, eks, gke) (good to have not a must)
- build app to be onboarded in the cloud for cloud databases
- website frontend in static html (through a wordpress plugin is ok as well)
- upload section for documents within each customer account: encrypted bucket on aws/gcp/azure
- create a unique numeric user id for each customer
- integration with whatsapp

- gdpr compliant
- blog section

website structure:

- language selector

footer:
- blog
- faq
- terms of use
- privacy policy
- contact

- newsletter sign up
- social media logos

pages:

# home page (text, images with hyperlinks & cta, carrousel)
-> note 1: one section at the top to start the subscription process as below: (as document attached)
-> note 2: dropdown menu with city option to select
-> note 3: this will help as a filter since some offer might not be available in all cities but just in one.

# KYC transition after clicking on subscription or following the city selection:
-> Note 1: If customer has selected city on home page = lead to email collection
-> Note 2: If customer clicked on CTA buttons = lead to select city option
-> Note 3: After email collection is completed = lead to service display page

# Service display:

-> Note 1: Left section to filter by service type (banking, insurance, mobile, etc.)
-> Note 2 (reference left screenshot): Middle section with rectangles displaying each offer available with price, main feature, more details option & add to cart button
-> Note 3: (reference in the document attached): When clicking on details, either have a dropdown menu or on page pop-up to display all conditions, duration, costs, detailed offer features, etc.
-> Note 4: Understood that the design can’t be the same which is fine because we don’t want any copyright infringements. But as for UX, we would like something similar as mentioned before.

# Who we are (text, images)
# FAQ (drop down menu)
# Contact (form)
# Checkout
# Customer account
-> Note View on all subscriptions purchased + section for uploading documents
# Login
# Blog
# Terms of use (text)
# Privacy policy (text)
