I will need help editing, and/or recording the video. Also, I could record it myself and it will be just editing. I am flexible, it depends on how it works better! :)

**Speak**
I’ve been spending some time here in Medellín, and giving myself the space to reflect on everything that’s happened during this crazy year. And wow, what a year it’s been!

It’s incredible to think about all the challenges, growth, and unexpected turns that have shaped these past months. And wow, what a year it’s been—full of highs, lows, and so many lessons!

One of the biggest highlights for me? Ironman and triathlon races. These weren’t just events—they’ve shaped my entire life in ways I never imagined.

Today, I want to share some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned from Ironman and endurance training, because they go far beyond sports.

**[Scene: pictures of the training or participating in triathlons, overlaid with text for each lesson.]**
- **Patience.** Great things take time. You won’t see results overnight, but with time, you’ll surprise yourself.
- **Push your limits.** The truth is, your limits are much further than you think. You just have to keep reaching.
- **Discipline and consistency.** Success isn’t about motivation—it’s about showing up every single day.

**[Scene: Footage of open water swimming**
There were so many moments when I doubted myself. Open water swimming? It terrified me, and I cried after so many training sessions. But I kept going, and eventually, I conquered those fears.

There were days I thought, ‘I can’t do this.’ But I pushed through, and I proved to myself I could. And you know what? I achieved things I once thought were impossible.

**[Scene: Smiling, energetic.]**
So here’s my advice to you:
- Believe in yourself.
- Respect your own journey.
- Never ever compare yourself to anyone else.
- And most importantly? Enjoy what you do and do it with all your heart.

**[Scene: Closing shot smiling at the camera / or pictures from the races smailing I have a lot!]**
Now, I want to hear from you! What’s been your biggest achievement this year, and what’s the next goal you’re chasing? Let’s celebrate those wins together.

See you soon!"
