I am looking for someone to set up a simple retargeting campaign for a small launch I am doing next week.

I would need someone to:

1) Set up my Google ads account (it's new)
2) Set up a 1-week retargeting campaign with Google display ads, based on 1-3 URLs.

I will provide the creative.
