Create a locally hosted Linux server.  Create MySQL to store transactions and serve transaction details to other client devices. Server to communicate with other machines in LAN.
Server to send out report through json/xml format to a remote server.  Create browser based web app to the server with auth and access control, create one to two pages PDF test report for printing or sending digitally.  Programmer must be based in Philippines, NCR Region, preference from the South part.
