Senior Product Manager
Designerds is a full-service creative agency with a unique approach to helping in-house creative teams source design and marketing services. We provide ongoing support for some of the top global brands, including Twitter, Toyota, Amazon and LG — with staff working 100% remote across North America.
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Product Manager who possesses the experience and logistical capabilities necessary to support our team in defining and executing our product vision. Your primary responsibility will be to help bring innovative and impactful products to new and existing clients of Designerds. You’ll need to be capable of — and comfortable with — engaging with all types and levels of internal and external stakeholders.

You have experience building and managing Software Development teams.

You have a track record of taking initiative to find new product ideas and turn them into massive outcomes.
You work fast but effectively prioritize and employ smart, scrappy approaches to testing and building that make a positive impact on production.
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can communicate requirements, ideas, and results in a way anyone can easily understand — internally and externally.
You are a cross-functional leader who gets an group working together toward strategic objectives — including engineering, design, marketing, and support teams.
You have a strong data analysis toolbox, including experience with tools like Wix, Figma, Excel, Google Sheets,
Monday.com, etc.
Job Responsibilities. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following fundamentals:
Work cross-functionally and interface with Executive, Marketing, Product Engineering, Project Management, and Creative Teams on market trends, go-to-market support/strategy, and customer needs
Lead a cross-functional team in developing and facilitating the software release process including all product software release documentation
Work closely with the Creative team to define, review, and observe UX testing results
Meet with our customers and prospects to define use cases and scope critical functions to facilitate their continued success
Support the creation and execution of our product roadmap, write specifications for both large and small scale enhancements, and help prioritize those enhancements
Present project health/status as well as coordinate discussions and tasks between teams
Play a huge role in defining product strategy and vision
Manage product backlogs using Agile and Scrum principles
Work closely with the Business Development team to help new clients understand how to transform their workflows by using our product
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a product/project manager, preferably in a SaaS environment
Expert knowledge and experience in SaaS product management
Strong understanding of retail consumer dynamics, data and analytics, and design and user experience
Experience using software that supports Agile workflows (Jira/
Monday.com)
Experience working in start-up and large/enterprise organizations
Experience in Machine Learning or data analytics is beneficial
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including experience training users in group and individual settings
Superlative customer service skills, particularly with respect to time-sensitive or high-pressure situations
Excellent personal organization skills and project management experience, including the ability to multitask, prioritize simultaneous projects, and adjust to fluid demands
Ability to succeed in a remote work environment, including taking initiative and seeing projects through to completion
Availability for off-hour shifts and/or on-call support, as needed
