Why is your role so important for BrainPower?
60-70% of BrainPower’s output is design. Landing pages, emails, and ads. These assets connect a customer with a problem and the solutions we and our clients offer in the shape of their products. Without landing pages, emails, or ads, neither BrainPower nor any brand worldwide could succeed.

Position Summary:
BrainPower is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing landing pages, emails, and ads specifically for DTC e-commerce brands. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to create visually stunning designs that drive conversions.

Outcomes:
- Pixel-perfect conversion-optimized landing pages created within 48 hours of the brief and copy being sent.
- Emails that match branding created within 24 hours of being requested
- Ads that natively look like organic content on the social media platform they’re put on are created within 24 hours of being requested.
- Templates, systems, and SOPs were implemented to streamline the design process.
- Implementation of AI technologies into the processes and systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and responsive landing pages, email templates, and digital ads for DTC brands.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and animations to enhance the user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce design and ux/ui principles.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on e-commerce.
- Proven experience creating landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads for DTC brands.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of html, css, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of e-commerce design projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex design challenges.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization is a plus.
