You hit or surpass revenue goals while maintaining healthy cpa/roas metrics. AKA you launch engaging ads that add value to the audience, generate revenue, and build the brand’s reputation - at scale.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure proper installation and maintenance of the Google Ads tracking tag and event codes
Perform market and keyword research to ensure proper targeting
Write persuasive direct-response copy for headlines, subheadlines, extensions, etc
Submit tasks to the design team to create image ads or edit videos to launch video ads on YouTube
Optimize ad accounts by building, iterating, and testing campaign types, ad copy, budgets, and bidding strategies in accounts to hit your spending and ROAS targets.
Forecast future budgets and performance through the analysis of historical data and industry trends.
Communicate meaningful results in weekly meetings, reports, and with teammates for a fresh perspective and new understanding of data.
Troubleshoot accounts to fix errors or warnings across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, And YouTube.
Any and all installation, creation, or implementation of Google Analytics, Ad Accounts, Tracking Tahs, and any Google asset under Business Manager if need be
Ensure proper use of budget in a way that will maximize a return on ad spend in accordance with agreed-upon goals with each client
Conduct a profit analysis to determine and recommend CPA targets
Analyze full-funnel data not limited to Google but also include in-store revenue as reported by Shopify, aov, cr, amer, mer, upsell cr, optin pop-up to understand facebook’s effect on the client’s ecosystem
if a client requests a new campaign, for it to be scheduled the same day of the request to start running the next day at 2 am est
stay up to date on the latest strategies, trainings, knowledge, updates, etc of the google ads platform
stay up to date on the latest strategies, trainings, knowledge, updates, etc, in the world of ecommerce dtc
ensure proper connection and set up of reporting platform for google metrics (databox)

experience
4+ years in Google advertising
google ads certification
have managed at least $250,000 in total ad spend in the last 12 months
any digital marketer certification, such as copywriting mastery
We offer up to $72,000 USD annual salary, starting at $2,700 for managing 3 accounts.
