Necesito desarrollar en 7 días corridos, un script en python que copie tablas de una base de datos en Firebird y las pegue en Posgresql. Debe crear la tabla si no existe y, si existe, debe incorporar los registros nuevos y modificar los que hayan cambiado.

Project overview

La idea es tener una función a la que pasemos una lista de tablas y haga el proceso automáticamente. Es muy importante que la carga sea incremental. Probablemente deberemos crear una tabla de control_etl en la que registremos cuál fue la última ejecución exitosa.
