Necesito un script PHP que conste de dos partes.

1) Que vincule al usuario actual con su cuenta de facebook. Le muestre sus páginas y en facebook y le haga elegir una. Se debe generar un token para poder realizar publicaciones offline.

2) Con el token guardado y la página de fb elegida se debe poder realizar publicaciones automatizadas

Esto mismo debe poder hacerse con cuentas de instagram.

Este script será integrado a un proyecto donde se cargan notas y con este agregado las notas podrán ser publicadas automáticamente en las redes sociales.
