Script para generar backup remoto automático usando Cpanel Api

Hola,
Tengo una cuenta de hosting con cPanel. Sé que hay una opción para generar un backup completo pero es una opción manual.
Me gustaría usar un script para programarlo en cron y generar automáticamente un backup completo cada 2 días y guardarlo remotamente en un servidor ftp.

Tengo entendido que se podría hacer usando la api de cpanel:

https://api.docs.cpanel.net/openapi/cpanel/operation/fullbackup_to_ftp/

* Solo tengo acceso a cPanel
