Script no R para conversão de arquivos pdf para txt (os arquivos pdf estão online em site governamental e são cerca de 8 mil arquivos).
Uma vez que os arquivos estejam convertidos, criar um data frame do R que contenha em cada linha as variáveis de identificação do documento (número e ano) e uma variável que contenha o texto do documento.
