Script en Javascript para grabar audio desde el navegador

Requiero los scripts para realizar las siguientes funciones:
- Grabar desde el micrófono del dispositivo un audio que debe configurarse un tiempo límite. Estos audios a grabar por sesión serán 3.
- Al terminar de grabar el audio se empatarán en una cierta posición en un beat.


- Cuando se colocan se debe generar un archivo mp3 y almacenar en una carpeta local del servidor donde se hospedará el archivo.

Estas funciones deben estar en javascript o jquery ya que se integrarán a un sitio web.
La fecha límite de entrega es el jueves 5 de marzo.
