Script para fazer uma varredura em uma tabela do banco de dados mysql, capturar todos os número de celular e uma mensagem de texto pré-definida em outra tabela do branco, e enviar via post para uma api.

O script deve rodar todos os dias, 5-6h da manhã,  pretendo usar HEROKU para salvar a máquina com o script.
