Estoy necesitando un script que vaya una vez por día a un sitio web

El sitio web posee una estructura similar a la siguiente;

fecha link2
fecha link3
fecha link3


1) Entre a links ya existentes (Ultimo año, serán más de 1000 links) y recollecte ciertas variables existentes, todas texto.
2) Una vez por día, identifique nuevos links, y repita el proceso. (No debería scrapear links ya scrapeados)
3) Exportarlo en formato CSV o google sheets preferentemente


Por día se sumas aproximadamente 100 links nuevos.
