Salesforce System Administrator/platform application developer - español obligatorio

Sophia Oxford, an Oxford University linked non-profit, is seeking a  Salesforce system administrator/platform application developer.  Sophia Oxford is currently building a platform to help businesses assess multidimensional poverty among their employees.  We are building a platform for surveying a target population using Salesforce Communities and Form Titan.

Based on survey responses the application calculates deprivations employees and their families are experiencing in housing, education, food security and healthcare access. Employers can then use the platform to design and implement programs to assist their employees with these deprivations and track the effectiveness of these interventions.

We are looking for someone with strong salesforce skills, able to work independently and accustomed to interacting with clients..  A successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex salesforce projects that include integrating 3rd party tools.

Requirements:
At least 3 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or consultant required
Must be fluent in Spanish and bi-lingual in English
Experience with Salesforce automation - process builder, flows - required.
Familiarity with Salesforce Communities a plus
Experience implementing the Non-profit success pack preferred
Experience with third party form building tools  a plus - Form Assembly, Form Titan or Form Stack.
Familiarity with project management tools - Jira, Teamworks

Salesforce Certifications: System Administrator, Platform App Developer, Non-profit Cloud consultant, Community Cloud Consultant are all relevant. At least one certification is preferred.
