Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Inbox Manager / sdr /bdr to join our team! in this role, you’ll manage our cold email inboxes, ensure timely follow-ups, and call leads to book meetings if they don’t respond via email. You’ll play a crucial part in turning prospects into scheduled meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor multiple cold email inboxes
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from leads
Follow up with leads who don’t respond to emails
Call leads to schedule meetings, ensuring they’re booked in the client’s calendar
Maintain accurate lead tracking and update CRM systems as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Sales Development (SDR), cold email management, or outbound sales
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Comfortable making phone calls to leads who have expressed interest
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM tools and Instantly, Smartlead is a plus
Ability to work across time zones and manage schedules
