We're currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a US-based Online Service Business recognized for delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, serving as clients' initial point of contact. Your friendly and outgoing personality will be crucial. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying leads, fostering valuable relationships, and contributing to expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calling or responding to inquiries from various lead-generation platforms.
Clearly convey and present our services during phone interactions.
Identify client needs for accurate quoting and provide ideal service options.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls and engage potential clients through various channels.
Answer and provide quotes promptly and courteously for all inbound sales calls.
Actively follow up on pending quotes to nurture leads through the sales process.
Strive to exceed weekly and monthly goals.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Ensure seamless customer onboarding with updated service-related instructions.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the English language and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
2+ years of remote work experience.
2+ years of inside sales, phone sales, cold calling, or SaaS, customer service, or lead generation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, outgoing, and ambitious.
Punctuality is a must, self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Mature, professional, positive demeanor with the ability to build rapport.
Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Slack is a plus.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Technical Requirements:
Windows-based PC or Mac, professional headset, keyboard, and mouse.
Home office setup with a quiet working environment.
Noise cancelling software. (Krisp)
Reliable power and high-speed internet.
Ability to multitask and use hotkeys/shortcuts.
Not compatible with Chromebooks for remote work.
