Sales Assistant

I own an import & export company based in Brazil and one of our operations involves representing a Brazilian car parts manufacturer in the US and selling their products to american retailers. For the past 2 years we have been supplying spare parts to top US retailers and the time has come to grow our sales by selling to new, smaller retailers.

At this moment I'm looking to hire an us based va to help our sales team with some research and schedulling and status follow-up tasks. These tasks would look something like this:

A) Researching for the names and HQ addresses of small and large american car parts retailers and listing them on an excel spreadsheet;
B) Getting the contacts for their commercial departments;
C) Making a first contact with the selected retailers and schedulling a meeting for our sales manager to attend;
D) Keeping track and reporting on the % of contacts made and the ones that followed through to schedulling a meeting;
E) Receiving follow-up emails from these retailers and forwarding them to the sales manager or to the responsible areas of the company.

If you believe that you have the ability of carrying out such activities, I would first request a 3-4 hours effort so that you could put together a Power Point presentation with a workflow including these activities and cost estimates.
