Role and responsibilities
• prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources.
• Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources.
• Schedule appointments for Seller-Input/manage client & lead databases.
• Conduct lead call back.
• Presenting soft and hard offers for opportunities.
• Conduct research for hot markets in the area
• Skip tracing of new list to called by cold callers.
• Run Comps for Hot Leads
qualifications and education requirements
• can communicate well with advance english and native spanish
• excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• customer service experience is strongly preferred
• real estate sales experience is required
• real estate wholesaling experience is strongly preferred
• people-oriented
• must be able and willing to follow process
• must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, time and management skills
• able to think strategically
• must be passionate and goal-driven about real estate selling.
• Knows common CRMs realtors (Podio, BrightMLS, Propstream, Multi-line Dialers) are using
• Knows how to compute offer that we could give the opportunity
• Knowledgeable in researching for hot market/vicinity in the area for skip tracing of leads.
• Knowledgeable in creating online marketing collaterals (Photos, Videos, Articles or Blogs) to be posted in fb, ig and other social media accounts.
• Knowledgeable in running comps from mls or any other database.
• Knowledgeable with the disposition of properties.
• Must be willing to work 35+ Hours
