                    buscar os bas pendentes de subir no sistema...
                    Retorno, registro id e base64 do pdf....
                    
                    Python, tem que ler esse endpoint, passando no header um token de autenticacao.
                    Após ler, buscar o dado do registro id  e salvar o base64 em um arquivo pdf.
                    
                    O rpa acessa o sistema com login e senha, busca o cadastro atraves do registro id, entra na opção de fazer o upload,
                    sobe esse arquivo em pdf para o sistema, o rpa deve chegar se o envio foi concluido com sucesso.

                    
                    Se foi enviado, chamar o endpoint POST - ba/uploadba/ parametro aviso, status = ENVIADO, 1 TENTATIVA, 2 TENTATIVA, 3 TENTATIVA, FALHOU
