What You’ll Do

As a vital part of our team, you’ll:

Cold Call & Client Outreach
Build genuine connections with property owners and motivated sellers through outbound calls.
Use persuasive communication to uncover opportunities for real estate deals.
Engage with past clients to collect testimonials and success stories that highlight our impact.

Marketing Campaign Management
Create eye-catching email campaigns using Constant Contact to drive leads and conversions.
Develop engaging marketing materials in Canva that stand out in the real estate market.

Buyer Engagement
Speak with wholesale buyers to understand their preferences and ongoing real estate deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to streamline deal closures.

Transaction Coordination
Serve as the point of contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions (sellers, buyers, title companies, etc.).
Ensure all documents, contracts, and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
Track progress throughout the transaction process, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Maintain meticulous records and follow up to ensure smooth deal closures.

Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Be confident making outbound calls and thrive on building connections.
Possess a knack for design and marketing (experience with Canva and Constant Contact is a plus).
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when coordinating transactions.
Be self-motivated and excel in a remote environment.
Have interest or experience in real estate (wholesaling or transaction coordination experience is a bonus!).
