O bot precisa pegar minhas estrategias que ficaram dentro de um arquivo chamado estrategias.csv onde ele tem que reconhecer cores como V,Pe B e numeros e tambem X que pode ser qualquer uma das cores, pois tenho estrategias nesse exemplo: B,5,X,X,X,X,X=P. Aqui nesse exemplo assim que sair um BRANCO seguida de Nº 5 e depois X,X,X,X,X (X - representa qualquer cor) ai envia sinal para telegram para entrar no P
