Quiero un sistema responsivo de rifas o sorteos. Ofertar un articulo a x valor, los interesados puedan comprar X cantidad de numeros, al completar dichos numeros y aprobacion del pago se realiza el sorteo. Al realizar el sorteo sacar 3 numeros (enviar un mensaje con el status a los ganadores), si el primero no cobra el premio dentro del plazo establecido, va el siguiente, y sino el siguiente.
Los resultados postearlos en una cuenta twitter.
