Revibe Miami is a truly unique experience, combining the latest techniques in fitness and wellness with an ocean sports emphasis. The routine will excite all your senses and leave you surprisingly charged for the day. Certified instructors lead you through a sunrise lung and body warmup, then a short boot camp style routine that emphasizes functionality and balance.



This recipe is followed by an ocean adventure, centered around the only known underwater running track in the world. The water work safely challenges you to push yourself beyond your current comfort level and helps you discover new levels of endurance and focus.



Weather and ocean conditions of the day dictate the appropriate ocean workout, and can range from calm crystal clear Bahamian like waters to a charging surf session.

The sessions end with Zen inducing breathing routines and other customized protocols.
