Hace un año realizaron mi página en WordPress. Como no renové el hosting con ellos no me dieron copia o respaldo. Ya tengo el dominio de mi página,  me hace falta hacerle un rediseño y el hosting ,pero me dice una persona que sin el respaldo no puedo usarla y tengo que hacer una nueva.

Solicito saber si es cierto, tengo el usuario y contraseña del administrador .
De no ser posible salvarla tendría que hacer una nueva , de ser posible me gustaría un rediseño
