Resolver error "This site can’t be reached" en sitios web alojados en un droplet en Digitalocean

Hola comunidad
El día de hoy a las 15:15 hora de Colombia y luego de trabajar muy bien durante 4 meses, los sitios instalados en un droplet de DigitalOcean dejaron de funcionar…
Al intentar cargarlos me aparece un mensaje que dice:


This site can’t be reached

becasparaestudiantes.com took too long to respond.

Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Este error aparece cuando intento cargar cualquiera de los sitios en cualquier navegador

¿Podrías echarle un vistazo por favor y decirme cuánto me cobrarías por arreglar este problema?
