Resolver error en rutina de php

Estoy haciendo una rutina en PHP en donde envio un archivo .zip con base64_encode. Y al regresar el archivo me marca un error que dice: "Error Bus criptografico: La Secuencia no ha sido autenticada". Alguien sabe porque pasa esto?

Dentro del archivo .zip van archivos en formato xml con firma electronica.
