(i)    streamline the work process & provide versatility,
(ii)    improve quality of work within the RC level,
(iii)    engage in Real-time operations,
(iv)    empowering people to connect with the Resident Committee by virtue of App usage,
(v)    increase productivity
(vi)    raise the standard of the Residential Committee profile
(vii)    reduce downtime and delays 
(viii) enable the Manager(s) with better time management & administration
(ix)    mobility capability, mean-to-say, work while on-the-move in any environment or condition
(x)    remain contactable & connected in Internet condition, be it under WiFi or Data Network enabled        

Background:
The Main Contents comprises the Initiation of accepting and validating of Constituency Manager(s)& RC Manager(s) and adding Grassroots Leaders into the RC Center App System. By confirming their identities will certify them as Chief Primary User(s), Primary User(s) & Secondary User(s) – their distinction represents the administration User’s access level of operating & using the App System.
a.    Chief Primary User(s) - Constituency Manager & Residential Manager
b.    Primary User(s) – Grassroots Leaders
c.    Secondary User(s) – RC Guest Members & Members of the Public

Note: The recognition of Constituency Manager(s)& RC Manager(s) and adding of Grassroots Leaders is validated through the People’s Association Database Mainframe System or the PA Central Depository System.
