My team is looking for someone to assist with research of real estate to aid in the valuation of potential property acquisitions. This person will need to have good research skills (online) and be detail oriented. We need a quick turnaround on the research assignments which will take approximately 30 minutes each so we need a team member who is very responsive.

The information collected will be summarized on a spreadsheet so knowledge of Excel is required. These will be ongoing projects and there will be other types of research projects added to the schedule.
