In this role, you'll also support the growth and management of a personal brand, ensuring the strategy aligns with broader goals, social media growth, and content consistency.

What We Are Looking For: We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on email campaigns and paid media. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in both managing content and ensuring that our marketing campaigns are meeting the goals of our clients. In this role, you'll also support the growth and management of a personal brand, ensuring the strategy aligns with broader goals, social media growth, and content consistency. Salary: The starting pay is $1,200 with opportunities for growth Responsibilities: Audit and Optimize Marketing Campaigns -Conduct thorough audits of existing email marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns. -Provide strategic direction and suggestions to boost visibility and drive conversions. -Focus on enhancing current campaigns without altering existing branding elements. Align Marketing Efforts with Brand Vision -Ensure all marketing initiatives are in harmony with the brand’s established vision and goals. -Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain brand consistency while pursuing measurable growth. Conduct Weekly Stakeholder Interviews -Act as an effective interviewer to gather insights from stakeholders on a weekly basis. -Curate and develop content based on these interviews to engage the target audience. Strengthen Email and Video Marketing -Leverage expertise in crafting compelling email campaigns and creating impactful video content. -Draft and refine email content and video scripts that resonate with the audience and encourage engagement. Maximize Content Potential -Take existing content and amplify its reach and effectiveness across all relevant platforms. -Create and execute a consistent content calendar to ensure steady audience engagement. Utilize AI for Content Enhancement -Employ AI tools to generate scripts and provide recommendations for content improvement. -Stay updated on AI advancements to continually enhance marketing strategies. -Analyze and Improve Social Media Performance -Examine social media metrics to identify areas for improvement in reach and engagement. -Translate performance data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. -Exhibit Strong Writing Skills -Produce high-quality written English content for various marketing materials. -Ensure all written communications are clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand messaging. Expectations: Strategic Direction & Communication -Understand Google Ads and other paid media platforms well enough to interface with the technical team. -Translate ad performance data into easy-to-understand insights for clients. -Collaborate with clients to identify their goals and communicate these clearly to the account specialists. -Lead strategic discussions and offer solutions to optimize performance and meet client objectives. Personal Brand Management & Content Development: -Develop and execute strategies to grow the personal brand, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms (e.g., Social media, blogs, video content). -Conduct weekly interviews with stakeholders to curate content that resonates with the target audience. -Provide insights into trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance the personal brand. -Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media managers to implement brand strategies and maximize content potential. -Utilize AI tools to generate scripts and recommend content enhancements. Campaign Strategy & Data Analysis: -Collaborate with the technical team to guide overall campaign strategies based on stakeholder goals and market analysis. -Review and analyze performance data to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to stakeholders and internal teams. -Ensure that marketing objectives are consistently being met or exceeded by optimizing existing email marketing, Google Ads, and social media campaigns. -Analyze social media metrics to improve reach and engagement, translating data into actionable insights to drive conversions. The Ideal Candidate: -You understand how to evaluate and optimize Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media marketing efforts.
