I'm looking for a relationship coordinator to join our team and help us with business development efforts in Malaysia. The primary focus for this role will be to maintain relationships with external partners, plan webinars and get them on boarded. The relationship coordinator will need to be comfortable with identifying potential clients and making direct contact to introduce our scheduling services. The coordinator should have experience managing relationships with mosque, madrasah, and/or similar establishments, and be able to create and maintain professional relationships with these clients. They should have the ability to take direction and coordinate resources to effectively meet the demands of our company. It is important that the relationship coordinator have a good knowledge of local regulations and cultural sensitivities to ensure that our activities comply with local laws and conventions. Project overview

Your goal is to increase the number of mosques, madrasah & Muslim organization (3Ms) using our platform to automate Friday donations on a regular basis, with a specific target of over 100 3M by Aug 2023. The target is to have 30,000 automated donation transactions a week, with a weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of 20 signups or take-ups per month. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify potential 3Ms recipients in Malaysia • Develop and implement strategies (conduct background checks before reaching out to them) to approach and engage potential recipients • Build and maintain relationships with 3Ms representatives • Promote company donation scheduling services to potential mosque partners • Follow up with potential mosque partners and get them on-boarded • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and materials to attract 3Ms partners • Reach out to 25-50 mosques per week to promote company’s services • Conduct 100-200 outreach activities per week to identify potential new 3M partners • Host two webinars per week to introduce the platform to new and existing mosque partners • Hold weekly meetings with founder to track progress and use a project management tool such as Jira to monitor activities and milestones. • Master the onboarding and registration process and execute your webinars and presentations. Requirements: • Experience in online sales or business development. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential 3M recipients • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. • Good at developing and executing sales plans. • Comfortable with technology and able to use online platforms to track progress. • Willingness to work from home and have a flexible schedule to accommodate webinars and meetings. • Fluent in Malay and able to communicate effectively with potential clients. • Knowledge of the Muslim community and the mosque ecosystem • Strong organizational and time management skills Education and Experience: • At least 2 years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector
