**Position Title**: Real Estate Social Media Content Manager

**About Us**:
We are a dedicated husband and wife real estate team passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and investment properties. We pride ourselves on providing personalized service and expert guidance in the real estate market.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Manager to oversee the creation, editing, and posting of engaging real estate content across all our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, experience with various content creation tools, and the ability to demonstrate their process and results through references.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling real estate content, including images, videos, and written posts, tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Content Editing**: Edit and enhance content using software tools to ensure it is polished, professional, and aligned with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- **Content Scheduling**: Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence and engagement with our audience.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media to foster a positive community and customer relationship.
- **Analytics**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and report on key insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with us to understand our goals, target audience, and market trends to create relevant content.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.

**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media management, specifically in real estate or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficient in content creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- **Process**: Ability to demonstrate the process and software used for content creation and management.
- **References**: Provide references or a portfolio showcasing previous social media work and results.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
