Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential buyers interested in purchasing land. • Qualify leads and gather key information about their needs. • Educate prospects on available lots and financing options. • Set up appointments for the sales team to close deals. • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails to maintain engagement. • Update CRM records with lead details and progress. Requirements: • Bilingual (English & Spanish)—must be able to communicate clearly in both languages. • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented—able to work independently and meet targets. • Basic computer skills—experience with CRM software is a plus. • Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not required—we provide training. • Must have own equipment (computer, headset, and reliable internet connection).
