Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Community Outreach Consultant to help expand our services into gated societies outside India and UAE. The consultant will be crucial in identifying and addressing the specific needs of gated communities, with a focus on security, maintenance, and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct research to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by gated communities in targeted countries.
-Reach out to gated societies via phone, email, Social Media or Physical Visit to introduce our services and build relationships.
-Establish connections with decision-makers in these communities and facilitate their engagement with the NoBrokerHood Sales Team.
-Reach out to gated communities in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and connect them to the NoBrokerHood sales team.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in community outreach, market research, or sales.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to conduct thorough research and professionally engage with potential clients.
-Familiarity with real estate, property management, or security industries is a plus.
-Should be available on field in either of the countries Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, and the Philippines
