Broadridge is hiring! We currently have an opening for a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in JavaScript, React and Web Components . This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for you to join our growing team supporting our cloud-based solution and services offering supporting wealth and asset managers.
Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote. This is a contract position with the possibility of hiring full-time.
Responsibilities :
Develops, tests, debugs and implements code for existing and/or new applications and/or systems.
Responsible for the analysis of project requirements and the development of technical specifications.
Performs unit and systems testing of applications/solutions.
Works with users and QA to perform Quality Assurance testing of applications and resolves all reported defects/issues.
Uses product specifications to create system documentation and train the end user as required.
Responsible for all procedural and code documentation on assigned projects.
Has experience with all phases of application programming.
Demonstrates knowledge in the software implementation lifecycle and specific programming languages.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
6 - 8 years' experience within a programming and applications system environment
Experience working in TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience working with React
Experience working with Stencil/Web Components/Shadow DOM is preferable but not required.
Experience writing custom CSS rules and selectors.
Experience using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
