Olá, sou do Brasil e queria contratar você para configurar minhas regras do radar da stripe.

Estou tendo problema em clientes tendo pagamentos bloqueados, e tem clientes que estão tentando realizar novos pagamentos mesmo tendo o pagamento bloqueado e isso está me prejudicando com a plataforma.

Preciso que crie uma regra no Radar da Stripe que se o cliente tiver o pagamento bloqueado 1x, ele não consiga realizar novas tentativas.
