The Quantity Surveyor & Logistic Coordinator is in charge to provide support to the project team for managing and oversee Quantities of equipment (ex: cables or other component) and their allocation to specific work site. This includes task such as supplier management, Delivery order, regular inventory of the store quantities, analysis of site delivery compared to design BOQ, equipment re-ordering as necessary. He will also be involve in the equipment preparation and logistic to the site.

Project overview

Oversee specific suppliers contract administration Elaborate Bill of quantities based on design team inputs and analyse site consumption. Define the trends and needs for re-ordering. Follow-up the bill of quantities evolution and keep traceability Advising on procurement strategy Verifying Material request from construction team, based on design BOQ Register consumption for each individual site and material return Preparing material quantities to be sent to the site Managing logistics from supplier premises or to the site
