Busco proteger con contraseña una hoja con google sheets y agregar una variables para que cuando en una celda diga finalizado se detenga el conteo de dias y me aparezcan cuanto tiempo se tardo un usuario en terminar una tarea

Es una base donde cada usuario tiene una tarea y quiero saber si cumplen con el rango de tiempo para cada tarea y si no es a si que les aparezca en como vencida , y a mi me ayude a saber la eficiencia de cada usuario
