Preciso de um projeto em python para o dia 04/10. com as seguintes especificações :Deve ser possível converter de decimal para binário e de binário para decimal:
o Números inteiros :
 Representação em ponto fixo
 Tamanho: 1 byte (8 bits)
 Representação de números negativos: sinal e magnitude
Números reais:
 Representação em ponto flutuante
 Tamanho: 2 bytes (16 bits)
 1 bit para sinal
 5 bits para o expoente (notação de excesso de 16)
 10 bits para a mantissa
