Create an android app to gather various services from clients and make it available to service providers. This should include:

1) Client and service providers registry
2) Pricing tool (could be based on a preset table)
3) Payment platform to distribute funds to the service providers and the platform (could be linked to a third party solution)

A few requirements
1) Native Android platform
2) Designed for the Brazil market
3) Initially only an MVP (prototype) for testing the market, then iterations and full launch.
