We have a 6 month to 1-year project to implement Rymnet HR systems. This is an HRIS Project Manager role overseeing the full-suite roll-out of the system and you will oversee the end-to-end roll-out, from planning to budgeting, up until the post-go-live support stage.
You will also need to drive the development and roll-out of HR Analytics and Dashboards as well as system-related process improvement projects.

1. Manage the Project Timelines (Gantt Charts) 2. Arrange meetings, (implementor & Customer) and 3. Ensure all project costing is within resource allocation. 4. Solve & Mitigate risks 5. Project updates & Milestone reporting 6. General HR advisory/ Consultancy on best practices.
