Requiero hacer un código que me permita mover el todo los layers, de un sistema de coordenadas PSAD a WG84 y viceversa. Con uno o dos botones de asignación, asi mismo el layout se tendria que programar la ventana para que se mueva con el nuevo sistema de coordenadas
