Programación de un test online enlazado con Hubspot

Tenemos un test en pdf que queremos hacer online. Se trata de un medidor de "digital fitness" para las empresas del sector en el que trabajamos.

Necesitamos que el test se comunique con nuestro CRM hubspot.com  y envíe el email y la suma de la puntuación final del test a la aplicación para poder enviar un correo personalizado dependiendo del puntaje.
Lo ideal es que el test fuera desarrollado dentro del COS de hubspot y utilizar internamente las los campos mencionados.

Valoraré positivamente alguien que haya realizado algun desarrollo en Hubspot anteriormente.
