Se requiere el Desarrollo de una plataforma minimalista, rubusta,flexible, movil y web ( responsive)  que permita al usuario la solicitud de un servicio, agendarlo y realizar pagos.                Objetivos funcionales a ser incluidos:  modulo de registro cliente y proveedor, geolocalizacion, plataforma de publicidad, envio de notificaciones, capa social, backend, manejo de usuarios o perfiles, seguridad y trazabilidad, CMS.
