Se requiere programador  para hacer una programa de videoconferencia en tiempo real (chat, video, sonido) interna a una página web. El video se va a enviar en forma broadcast  (conferencia). Cada sala debe identificarse con ID único porque pueden haber varias simultáneas en la pagina
La idea es que un usuario pueda entablar una sesión con uno o múltiples usuarios y transmitir su directa
