What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and a strong understanding of startup visual culture. You should be fluent in the visual design trends in the United States and Europe and have the ability to create designs that feel contemporary and relevant for these markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

    •    Design Mastery in Figma: Deliver high-quality designs using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
    •    Startup Visual Culture: Understand and implement the visual identity and design systems that resonate with startup audiences, particularly in the US and Europe.
    •    Innovative ui/ux: design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with client goals and delight end-users.
    •    Collaboration: Work closely with clients and our internal teams to ensure designs meet the brief and exceed expectations.
    •    Brand Consistency: Build and refine visual identities that align with a company’s brand values and target audience.

What You Bring

    •    Experience: 5+ years as a Product Designer, preferably with experience working for startups or agencies.
    •    Figma Expertise: Advanced skills in Figma are a must. You know the tool inside out and can set up efficient workflows.
    •    Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of visual and branding trends in the United States and Europe.
    •    Startup Mindset: You’re adaptable, fast, and thrive in a high-energy, high-impact environment.
    •    Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and impactful designs tailored for startups.
    •    Communication: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in a remote-first setting.
