Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and technically adept Part-Time Process Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Process Specialist at InvesTechs, you will play a crucial role in documenting, improving, and maintaining our business processes. You'll collaborate closely with the Operations Department, Technology Manager, and Project Manager to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand established company procedures, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Document processes and systems through clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain and update documentation as procedures evolve, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with team members to create client-friendly SOPs that serve as effective training materials.
Utilize tools like LucidChart for diagramming and platforms such as Zapier and
Make.com for process automation.
Report to the Operations Team Lead and work in tandem with the Technology Manager and Project Manager to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in task management tool Click Up.
Proficiency in process automation tools like Zapier and
Make.com.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
Availability required from 9am to 12pm EST, Monday to Thursday.
Flexible hours for the remaining work time to accommodate your preferences.
