Job Summary:
The Presales Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the clinic and retail sectors, engaging potential clients through cold and warm outreach efforts. This role requires a proactive and dedicated individual with a strong background in client relations, preferably with experience in the footwear or orthopedic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cold and warm outreach to clinics and targeted retail outlets, introducing BILLY Footwear and assessing their needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in clinics and retail environments.
Manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and following up with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor pitches and materials for the clinic and retail sectors.
Provide feedback from client interactions to help refine products and services.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales or client relations, with a focus on healthcare or retail sectors.
Preferred experience in the footwear or orthopedic industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
